Orders placed before 2pm EST, Monday through Friday are generally shipped on the same business day*.
Any orders placed after 2pm EST should be shipped the next business day*.
All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay the shipment of your package. *Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude Holidays
All shipments are insured and are properly protected either by being boxed or crated.
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive for damage. Item(s) that are signed for in “Good Condition” will be the buyer’s responsibility. If an item arrives damaged it can be “Refused” otherwise “Damaged” Needs to be noted on the BOL (Bill Of Lading) we also ask that you contact us immediately. We can assist with filing any claims if necessary.
