Picasso Marble Rough Slabs for cabbing, carving, chakra, Reiki, healing stone from Utah.  aka Picasso Jasper, while it is Marble not Jasper. Metamorphic rock from compressed and heated limestone.  Being a calcium carbonite, this material is a little soft (between 4 to 5 on Mohs scale of hardness), but still produces a nice polish.  Because it is a little soft, I like to use slightly thicker pieces for lapidary.  The designs resemble a forest at night in the winter.  Each piece is unique.  172g Dimensions: 4 1/2" X 1 1/2" X 3/8" thick; 3 1/4" X 1 1/2" X 3/8" thick.  Shown wet and dry.
