There is chips in the corner of the lens that will not leak, refer to the 2nd photo

 

You are looking at a OEM used passenger side quarter mounted tail light, that fits 2013-2016 MAZDA CX-5  

the lens other than the chips shows scratches and scuffs 

all of the mounts are good
