French Disney Cover and Card, MNH,  '101 Dalmatians', France Scott# 2556, 1997 French Disney Cover and Card, MNH,  '101 Dalmatians' I see this advertised on this site and others as a FDC even though there is never a cancellation.  I don't have access to Scott catalogue for 1997, but I have seen that there is a note about this cover so perhaps they were only issued on the first day of issue. It is imprinted postage paid under the stationary imprinted stamp image. I truly do not know.  The cover and card are in mint condition.  See photos for details, and again, please ignore the slight red tint where my camera is not white balancing appropriately.
