Elope Brand Black Velvet Halloween Hat with Gargoyle & Hidden Pocket

This is in excellent condition and would make a great topper for your Halloween costume.  It measures  12” from the top of the hat to the bottom of the brim, it is 12” across the bottom of the hat, and the top of the hat has an 11” diameter.  It is made of a black velvet like polyester material with a red band.  Inside the hat there is velcro to adjust the size and a hidden velcro closed small pocket.  The gargoyle is 5” x 3.25” it is a rubber like material and is 3D.  The hat is fully lined inside and has wire in the brim.  It is really well made.
