Vintage sizes were based upon sizes of past when customers wore their clothing far smaller & tighter than today, the measurements I provide are for best fit but are only "approximate" not an exact science and may vary some. USPS shipping costs have risen drastically. Ebay rules indicate tracking is mandatory as proof of delivery so a simple envelope with a postage stamp will not suffice in accordance and must comply with ebay and paypal rules.
