The book is in relatively good condition only some slight scuffs and a small bend in the corner from being in a long box for 10 years. A good press and clean would do a lot and make it a great issue. If you are looking for an already mint condition book to collect this is not it, but it is a great reader issue with potential to be collector issue. If you would like more pictures of the book just ask.

Part of the cost goes toward making sure your book gets to you in the condition it left in. That means bagging each book and reinforcing them with cardboard so it wont bend.
