Authentic East Greenlandic skin pants - the pants are short reaching the upper thigh. They are a part of the traditional woman's clothing, including the anorak/avitaat and the high leather boots/kamiks. Pre-colonisation style. Hand made by a local person, from local material around 1950´s.
It is in full size for adult Inuit woman but is today more a work of art rather than to were.
length ca 26 cm from front of the pants to the thigh.
Width ca 53 cm where widest.
