Beautiful Victorian watercolour painting depicting a landscape from the English countryside with cows grazing and a boy.

This is signed with a monogram of FcAF as far as I can tell but can’t find the artist on limited research.

The painting is in its original gesso gilt frame which does have some damage, see photos. The painting is in good condition inside the frame.
