This is my fine vintage fibreglass and resin composite 1:36 scale

on the original chrome plated stand, by renowned model makers 

Space models in 1990.

Dimensions are as follows:

171cm ( 68inches ) nose to tail..(Length ).

72.5cm ( 28.5 inches ) wing span.

115cm ( 44 inches )  maximum height, this is on the stand.

This Concorde model is outstanding, this has been in my possession for over twenty years,

and in the family since new, (30 odd years), but sadly, its time now, for us to part company.

Not perfect by any means but absolutely original, there are many dings and few scratches,

which for me have never spoiled the fantastic looks, which are, by my own admission, my fault,

( not all, but mostly), not being careful when moving around etc,

 i often thought of the idea of having it restored to its original glory, but, not being perfect some what 

gives it the authenticity it deserves.

The original engine cowlings were gloss black composite, but again, over the years they either fell 

off, or were damaged whilst moving around, as you can see by the pictures,  there are engine cowlings on the aircraft,

which are heavy billet stainless steel, which i had put on a few years ago now, the four billets are the only non original

parts on the aircraft, took a long time to get used to them, but have grown to like them over the years,

other than that, completely original.

There were only a hand full of these Concordes ever ( its rarity is truly unique ), made of this size and quality, and over the years have only ever seen one come up for sale. ( Finding another one will be unlikely) .
