Straight off of Fairfax and Santa Monica Blvd, underground film-maker/musician Roxy Saint releases the first DVD concept album of all new material released by an independent artist. The DVD features 10 music videos connected by interstitial segments which portray character creations from Roxy's life at the edge of reality.
