The majority of our orders are sent via door-to-door couriers. If you require a PO BOX delivery, please let us know prior to ordering, as this may incur an additional freight cost. Items will not ship until payment has been received in full.Please also remember to provide us with delivery instructions (eg if not at home leave at front door etc). It is important that we provide our courier with specific instructions in writing. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched promptly. Freight may take up to 10 days to remote areas (eg WA, NT etc). It will be considerably less to most other areas – however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
