Extraordinary PAIR Regency style mahogany cabinets by luxury brand William Switzer. Striking mahogany veneers, with the top having a 1.25" banded edge for additional effect. The top drawer has two beautifully detailed polished brass knobs. The cabinet doors have heavy brass grillwork insets, and open on to a single shelf which is adjustable to three positions. The doors have working locks, and come with the original key. The cabinets each sit on four melon-ribbed feet. Beautiful pieces - the pictures don't do them justice.
In exceptional condition. Immaculate inside and out - heavy and
beautifully made. Some very minor varnish cracquleture
to the top, otherwise, Mint. No nicks, dings, wear or repairs. The locks
turn smoothly, and the drawers slide smoothly.
Measurements: 40" wide, 20.25" deep. The piece stands 32" tall. The space from the floor to the underside of the cabinet is 3.75". The interior cabinet height is appx. 20.5" high.
