Contains a transparent plastic arena and four coloured tops with plastic cords.  The tops are illustrated with the following: a Dalek, a Cyberman, a Weeping Angel and a Silent.

Similar to a Battling Tops game, the objective of the game is to have the last standing spinning top.  The game takes place the arena.  Players insert plastic cord into the top and pull.  The tops will 'battle' (spin) in the arena and the last one standing wins.
