Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. Customer may also arrange to pick up the shipment from the carrier if desired.
Before You Sign for the Delivery:
Customer is responsible for inspecting all packaging before signing/accepting delivery. When your shipment arrives, the most important step you should inspect the packaging thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there appears to be any possible damage, package should be opened carefully for inspection of the product. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery, and send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts. If there is extensive damage to the shipment, please refuse the shipment and contact us via eBay message immediately for resolution. Business Hour: Mon-Fir 9am - 6pm PST. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery.
FREE Curbside Delivery:
Delivery for large/heavy/oversize items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver. The items will be unloaded and placed on your property at the spot nearest your driveway/curbside. Customers will be responsible for the items from this point and items WILL NOT be carried any further by delivery persons. Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. This option will be offered during checkout phase of your online purchase.
This is the default shipping service for all large items if not otherwise stated. Shipping company will delivery your order to the curb side of your address. Since NO lift gate charge was included in your shipping fee paid, you will be expected to assist the delivery driver to unload the merchandise. You will move the merchandise to your home or office.
