This is one of the Holy Grails for FLips collectors, and is the genuine Scott Booker promo of "The Soft Bulletin Companion 2 (live UK '99 recordings by)". There are other versions, but this is the original. I got it from a WB exec that sold me a load of stuff. The artwork is partly used on the RSD vinyl version.
