Mechi Army Case Pods replace foam to better carry and store delicate minis.

Mechi is a fully engineered solution to carrying delicate minis.

Mechi pods can fit in place of the foam sections in Citadel Skirmish, Battle and Crusade Cases.

Mechi Pods contain up to six modules. Each module is 213mm x 87mm.

Each module can be a MechiMax Troop Module or a Mechi Mesh panel.

Mechi Vehicle Pods

Vehicles can be mounted to Mechi Mesh panels using Open Mechi Clips.

A Mechi Vehicle Pod is lined with six Mechi Mesh panels and is supplied with eight Open Mechi Clips and a set of 16 anchors.
The clips and anchors screw into the Mechi Mesh to create custom mounting positions for vehicles and minis with odd sized bases.

Mechi Troop Pods

Mechi Troop Pods come with either 3 or 6 MechiMax Troop Modules.

We will message you after purchase so you can tell us what mix of MechiMax Modules you want in your Mechi Troop Pod.

MechiMax Module sizes available:

25mm bases x 12 minis per module - fits Games Workshop and Bolt Action 25mm based minis
27mm bases x 12 minis per module - fits Star Wars Legion 27mm based minis
28.5mm bases x 10 minis per module - fits Games Workshop 28.5mm based minis
32mm bases x 10 minis per module - fits Games Workshop 32mm based minis
40mm bases x 4 minis per module - fits Games Workshop 40mm based minis
50mm bases x 3 minis per module - fits Games Workshop and Star Wars Legion 50mm based minis

All MechiMax modules feature Carbon Fibre spines and shock absorbing rubber mounts. The lever mechanism releases all troops in a module, making for faster deployment.

Mechi Pod Sizes
There are two sizes of Mechi Pod. The Mechi 100 pod is 100mm high.

The Mechi 100 Troop Pods shown in the pictures have 25mm based minis on one side and 32mm or 40mm based minis on the other side to optimise clearances.

The Mechi 185 Pod is 185mm high. Most vehicles require the extra height the 185 pod allows.

If you have really tall minis, you can also use a 100mm pod, but only load out with three MechiMax Troop modules. This makes use of the full height of the pod. Or alternatively use a 185 Pod to get the extra clearance.

The final internal maximum height available varies depending on the module selected.

One Mechi 100 Pod fits in a Citadel Skirmish Case.

One Mechi 185 Pod or two Mechi 100 Pods fit in a Citadel Battle Case.

Two Mechi 185 Pods or Four Mechi 100 pods fit in a Citadel Crusade Case.

For example, a Citadel Crusade case with four Mechi 100 Pods can carry up to 288 x 25mm minis.

It is possible to mix foam and pods in the one case.

Custom Load Outs

The last picture shows the way we number the modules in a pod. Please message if you want special configurations.

For example, a description of a load out might be:

Pod Loadout

Module 2 - 32mm MechiMax
Module 3 - 50mm Mechimax
Module 4 - 40mm MechiMax
Module 5 - 40mm MechiMax
Module 6 - 40mm MechiMax
