Size 8 ( Euro 36 US 4 ) though comes up small .. would be fine for a size 6 ( Euro 34 US 2 ) see measurements 

Chest measuring across/around underarm to underarm with the shirt laid flat is 32 inches

Shoulder to hem is 22 inches
