I sell high quality, desirable, collectible challenge coins.  If you are looking for a specific coin for your collection, as a "memento" from a previous unit, to replace a coin that was lost, or for a gift, there is a good chance I may have it so please check my other listings!  

Combined Shipping:  If you plan on purchasing multiple items, please let me know ahead of time so I can combine your shipping and save you some money!  Combined shipping cost is .50 per additional coin and shipping costs will be capped at the size of the container needed to fit all the coins (should I need to jump to a Flat Rate Box size).  

Excess Shipping Refunds:  If you purchased your items and did not wait for a combined invoice, I will make every effort to conduct a partial refund for excess shipping costs.  Note:  I cannot provide for a combined/excess shipping refund once an item has already shipped (that’s why I need to know prior to or right after purchase)!  Also, I cannot combine shipping for items purchased from another CCC account (Core, Collect, Chance, or Choice Challenge Coins) as eBay shipping prevents this.

Shipping & Tracking:  I will mail your item within 24 hours of receiving payment.  Shipping is via USPS Mail w/tracking only; your tracking number will be indicated through eBay under your purchase items.  Please note I only ship within the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.  I no longer ship anywhere else due to timeliness and loss issues so please don’t ask as I will not respond.  Also, please note that I have no control over how long the USPS takes to deliver your coin.

Postal Rates:  I try very hard to keep my rates as close as possible to current rates.  My shipping prices are much cheaper than many other sellers, and I don’t believe in making a profit off of shipping.  If you have any doubt on postage prices, then please go to the USPS website and check shipping costs for a Package/Thick Envelope with a Tracking Number.  

Origin of Coins & General Disclaimer:  The coins that I sell come from purchases between myself and private sellers (such as eBay, yard sales, online sales forums, estate sales, and people with a collection that want to sell it off).  I will not disclose where I receive my coins from as that would be a bad business practice, so please don’t bother to ask!  Additionally, I do not design, make, or engrave coins.  

Customer Service Promise:  I will work hard to provide a positive eBay experience for you.  If you are unhappy about the product or service you receive, please notify me as soon as possible so I can address the issue; hopefully before you leave feedback as earning 4+ Stars and a Positive rating on every transaction is my goal and I take it very seriously.  

Positive Feedback:  Positive feedback is set to be left automatically by eBay’s automated feedback program after delivery is confirmed by the tracking number and positive feedback is left by the buyer.
