Released by Sire in 1990, it was the final single release off of the Like A Prayer album.
This is the rare limited edition longbox Japanese 3'' longbox CD.
There is a manufacturing error and the plastic case with the CD is attached on the back of the cover (instead of the back of the rear lyrics cover). You can see pictures #3, #4 & #8 to see how it looks.
