Green hard plastic with white hippie dippy embossed flowers.

Tissue holder comes with 2 pieces and measures approximately 10"X 5"X 2.5"
Vintage used condition. Clean, no chips or cracks on either piece. Theres a red "paint" drip on the side of pail.
