Vintage 1980s Teal & White Layered Tiered Tie Front Dress No Tags 36 x 36 x 36"
My research indicates this dress was made by Risa Ann of New York. It has no tags so I cannot say for sure.
The measurements indicate it will fit a woman's size 8 dress.
I also believe it is made of 100% polyester.
The dress has shoulder pads that were popular in the 1980s.
It also has unfinished, but secure inside fabric edges.
The faux jacket is attached to the dress.

Length: top of the back collar to the bottom hem is 40"
Lying flat: underarm to underarm is 18"
Lying flat: the waist measures 18" untied
Lying flat: hips 18"
