parts. As bikers ourselves we take pride
in using and recommending the parts we sell. From Brakes to Transmission, Oil to Batteries, Clutches to Air Filters and
much more, we have it all.
Our knowledgeable team are ready to help and we look forward
to supplying you.
Payment
We accept payments via eBay using Card, Paypal, Apple Pay,
Google Pay and more. We can also accept
payments by card via telephone.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, usually
within 1 working day (unless specifically stated in the listing)
Please be advised that customers outside of the UK may incur customs
charges when receiving goods in to your country. These charges are out of our control and NOT
our responsibility.
Some of our products such as wheels and suspension are special
order items which are made for you. This
can carry a lead time of 4+ weeks. Please read our listings carefully to make sure you are happy about this
and please contact us for further clarification if necessary.
Orders will not be shipped during weekends and public holiday
periods.
Please
be considerate that delivery times by post/courier can vary and are out of our
control once your items have left us. We
reserve the right to use alternative post/courier services than advertised if necessary.
Terms
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FITMENT
Some parts and products are supplied with technical specifications and
fitting instructions and some not. It is most important that all persons or
companies carrying out fitting work should read all such information and be
competent and knowledgeable in the task they are undertaking. The fitting of
some parts may necessitate the modification of other parts and/or the
replacement or removal of other parts. It is the responsibility of the
purchaser to ensure the correct parts are fitted and that any necessary
modifications are carried out competently. If you are in any doubt please
consult a professional mechanic or engineer. It is expressly your own
responsibility to ensure that all parts are fitted correctly and that all
safety measures have been taken. Always refer to the manufacturers workshop
manual.
RACING & TRACK RIDING
Warranty on any and all
products sold by Bike Torque Racing Ltd T/A Performoto is invalidated by their
use in racing or track riding. All parts sold for use in racing are not warrantied
in any way.
Returns
We
accept returns in accordance with distance seller regulations and within the advertised
timescale for the specific product/s purchased.
With the exception of faulty items, items should be
returned in new, clean and packaged condition. We will not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless
authorised by us in advance.
All returns must be accompanied by a note including
your full contact details and reason for the return.
