EGOSILICON 111 Food & Drinking Water - Made in Germany is a quality product from the manufacturer EGO. It is a solvent-free one-component sealant that vulcanizes to an elastic end product during the curing process with atmospheric moisture with minimal release of acetic acid. It is free from fungicidal active ingredients and is risk-free in the event of direct food contact.
Scope of application:
Ideal for sealing connection and expansion joints in food production, storage and processing.
It can therefore be used particularly well for grouting in canteen kitchens, dairies, beverage plants, slaughterhouses, cold stores and in shop fitting. It is also suitable for bonding all-glass aquariums.
Processing temperature: from +5 °C to +40 °C
Temperature resistance: -60°C to +180°C
skinning time: 10-20 minutes (23°C/ 50% rel. LF)
Vulcanization: approx. 3mm/24h
Contents: 1 x 310ml cartridge
Durability: 18 months

Hints:
- When using the product, the adhesive surfaces must be dry, stable and free of dust and release agents.
- Not suitable for non-ferrous metals, EPDM, PE, PP, black paint, Teflon and substrates containing bitumen, wax or paraffin.
