This guitar features a quilted maple top over the alder body, finished in a transparent Charcoal Burst color, letting the wood grain shine in the spotlight. The M-1001NT not only looks great, but also offers performance features such as an extra thin U-shaped maple neck and a compound neck radius for maximum speed and comfort. The Macassar ebony fretboard features 24 extra jumbo frets and offset mother of pearl dot inlays. The inverted headstock has a matching quilted maple finish and white binding on the neck and headstock.      

     

The M-1001NT's components include LTD locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru body, and an aggressive direct-mount EMG 81TW with push-pull coil splitting controls.
