Vintage 'UCTCI' Small Pot/Trinket Box. Pre-owned.  Not tagged but believe it is UCTCI.  This box has the face of a girl with a ruffled hat and blond hair. Very good condition,  no cracks/crazing but does have two very small chips on the bottom (see pics.).  Stands 1  3/4" to top of ruffle, is 2  3/4  across top and  2  1/2" across bottom.
