Metallfrei:
Unsere Naturholzbetten sind rein mit Holzteilen statt Schrauben verbunden und bieten einen erheblichen baubiologischen Aspekt. 
Durch Elektrosmog können manche Metalle im Bett die allgegenwärtigen elektrischen und magnetischen Felder beeinflussen. 
Metallelemente können Störfelder erzeugen und die Qualität des Schlafes beeinträchtigen. 
Auf genau diese Metallteile wurde in diesem Bett vollständig verzichtet, um den Schafkomfort zu erhöhen und somit Ihren gesunden Schlaf zu unterstützen.

Einheimische Ressource Holz:
Holz hat unterschiedliche Strukturen und Maserungen, die einzigartig sind und nie gleich aussehen. Somit ist jedes Bett ein Unikat. Massivholzmöbel sind ein Sinnbild für Stabilität und Dauerhaftigkeit, sie strahlen Wärme und Geborgenheit aus. Holz steht in seiner Symbolik für Stärke und man sagt ihm nach, dass es die Entfaltung der Kreativität und Schaffenskraft fördert. Das von uns verwendete Eschen-Holz für dieses Bett wächst hier in der Umgebung. Die regionalen Waldbauern bewirtschaften Ihre Mischwälder schonend und verantwortungsvoll. Dieses Bettenmodell wird bei uns im Ort ressourcenschonend produziert. Kurze Transportwege sind ein zusätzliches Plus.

Altes Tischlerhandwerk:
Holz ist seit Urzeiten ein besonderer Werkstoff mit Herausforderung für Menschen. Das Tischlerhandwerk ist ein sehr altes und angesehenes Handwerk, welches ständig nach individuellen und kreativen Lösungen sucht. Die metallfreie Betten verbinden alte Tradition mit Innovation. 

Oberfläche:
Nach dem Feinschliff wird das Holz mit einem Natur-Öl auf pflanzlicher Basis eingerieben und einmassiert. Diese Oberflächenbehandlung lässt das Holz atmen, die Raumfeuchtigkeit aufnehmen und abgeben. Die besondere natürliche Holzoberfläche ist schmutzunempfindlich, wasserabweisend, abriebfest und fühlt sich geschmeidig an. Wir verwenden nur lebensmittelechte Natur-Öle, die frei von Formaldehyd, Weichmachern und Klebstoffen sind also völlig wohngesund.

Metal-free:
the bed frame made of natural, oiled, plant-based wood is connected without screws with an ingenious wooden plug-in system. Metal elements can create interference fields in the bedroom and impair the quality of sleep. From the point of view of building biology, a metal-free bed actively contributes to a healthy and restful sleep.

The surface treatment with oil allows the wood to breathe, absorb and release environmental moisture. The special natural wood surface is dirt-resistant, water-repellent and abrasion-resistant. These are food-safe natural oils, free of formaldehyde, softeners and adhesives.

Renewable raw material:
the hardwood used (ash) comes from foresters in our region who attach great importance to careful forest management. Our metal-free beds are produced here in the village. As a renewable resource, wood is the most important and resource-efficient material for furniture construction.
Ash wood is particularly suitable as a hardwood due to its beautiful grain, tensile strength and flexural strength. The colour tone varies from light brown to honey tones, with a partly darker heartwood. This liveliness makes real wood furniture particularly attractive and creates a cosy atmosphere. With solid wood furniture, each piece is unique. The grains are always different and form the character.

Sans métal: le cadre de lit en bois naturel est assemblé sans vis métalliques grâce à un système d'emboîtement en bois. Votre lit est ainsi complètement libre d'éventuels champs d'interférence. Notre engagement pour un sommeil sain et réparateur!

Naturel: la surface est traitée avec une huile naturelle (exempte de formaldéhyde, de plastifiants et de colles) et est donc robuste, hydrofuge, résistante à l'usure et souple au toucher.

Durable et esthétique: le bois de frêne provient d'exploitants forestiers qui travaillent de manière durable. Nos lits sans métal sont fabriqués localement. Le bois, en tant que matière première renouvelable, est le matériau le plus important pour la construction de meubles. Le bois de frêne est particulièrement adapté en raison de sa belle veinure et de sa solidité. La teinte varie du brun clair aux tons miel avec un cœur de bois parfois plus foncé. Cette vivacité rend les meubles en bois véritable particulièrement attrayants et crée une atmosphère confortable dans l'habitat.

Grâce aux différentes veinures, chaque meuble est une pièce unique pleine de caractère.

Il nostro letto in legno massiccio senza metallo è realizzato in legno di frassino della Bassa Baviera e convince per i numerosi dettagli.

Spessore del materiale del telaio: particolarmente stabile, 2,6 cm.

Profondità di inserimento doghe: 20 cm - ideale anche per materassi particolarmente spessi

Senza metallo:
la struttura del letto in legno naturale, oliato su base vegetale, è collegata senza viti con un ingegnoso sistema a innesto in legno. Gli elementi metallici possono creare campi di interferenza nella camera da letto e compromettere la qualità del sonno. Dal punto di vista della biologia edilizia, un letto privo di metallo contribuisce attivamente a un sonno sano e riposante.

Il trattamento superficiale con olio permette al legno di respirare, di assorbire e rilasciare l'umidità ambientale. La speciale superficie in legno naturale è resistente allo sporco, idrorepellente, resistente all'abrasione. Si tratta di oli naturali sicuri per gli alimenti, privi di formaldeide, ammorbidenti e adesivi.

Materia prima rinnovabile:
il legno duro utilizzato (frassino) proviene da silvicoltori della nostra regione che attribuiscono grande importanza a un'attenta gestione forestale. I nostri letti senza metallo sono prodotti qui in paese. In quanto risorsa rinnovabile, il legno è il materiale più importante e a basso consumo di risorse per la costruzione di mobili.
Il legno di frassino è particolarmente adatto come legno duro grazie alle sue belle venature, alla resistenza alla trazione e alla flessione. La tonalità del colore varia dal marrone chiaro ai toni del miele, con un durame in parte più scuro. Questa vivacità rende i mobili in vero legno particolarmente attraenti e crea un'atmosfera accogliente. Con i mobili in legno massiccio, ogni pezzo è unico. I grani sono sempre diversi e ne costituiscono il carattere.

Sostegno doghe in legno di faggio. Doghe della griglia in legno di conifere come pino, abete rosso o abete. Inoltre, la griglia non richiede connettori metallici. I pioli di legno tengono le doghe sui binari.
