Shipping: All ties will be carefully rolled around a cardboard tube to prevent creases during shipping. The tie will be sealed in a plastic bag and shipped inside a 5" X 5" X 5" cardboard shipping box for the utmost protection of the tie. Ties from ENCORE TIES are NOT shipped in an envelope or a polybag that could get ripped open during shipping, causing damage or a lost tie.
All Ties are stored in a clean and smoke free environment.
Returns: Returns will be accepted if the tie is significantly not as described within sixty (60) days of receipt. I label all my items with the return label . Please keep it attached for all returns. Items returned without it won't be accepted and no refund would be issued. Please remember that color differs from monitor to monitor. If at anytime you receive an item that you don’t think is what we claim it is, contact us, give me your reasons and you may send it back for a full refund. You will be responsible only for the price of postage back to me. Once the same item has been returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent, with the return label, we will refund your money via PayPal only.
