GENUINE leather uppers with-- leather covered heel approx 3.25 inches high- see PHOTO above - the heel is very shapely almost like a LOUIS heel.. size as stated on the bottom 39- (PLEASE KNOW your size as there are NO RETURNS if they do not fit)...
