RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on most of our items for any reason within 30 days after item is delivered to buyer (unless noted "AS IS" no returns in a specific listing). We sell a variety of different types of merchandise and do our best to accurately describe our items as best as possible. Sometimes we fail to describe the features or condition of an item accurately. We will own it. Please contact us first before opening a case against us. We will do what we can to make any situation right and work hard to maintain a 100% positive experience for all of our customers.

SELLER recommends having all products installed by a qualified technician.

BUYERS' USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT THEIR SOLE RISK. (EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY THAT MAY BE PROVIDED FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT.) SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY BUYER FROM SELLER, OR CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT OR ANY OF THE SELLER?S OR MANUFACTURER?S PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(OTHER THAN REMEDIES THAT ARE GRANTED UNDER ANY EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY THAT MAY BE PROVIDED FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS) SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, NOR SHALL BUYER MAKE ANY CLAIM FOR (WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, PRODUCTS LIABILITY, STRICT OR STATUTORY LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE), ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, (EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ECONOMIC LOSS OF PROFITS OR SAVINGS; LOST WAGES; DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF USE OF PROPERTY; BODILY INJURY; MEDICAL PAYMENTS; PAIN AND SUFFERING; AND LOSS OF CONSORTIUM. IN THE EVENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY STATED HEREIN, THEN BUYER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL THE LIABILITY OF THE SELLER, FOR ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGES HEREIN WRITTEN, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN CONTROVERSY.
