exact item shown, isolator, looks like it's operating range is somewhere above 18 GHz, maybe starting at 20 GHz whch is where m y analyzer tops out - I'd guess it's 18 to 26 or something like that from it's small size., see markers on analyzer trace, there is decent reverse signal attenuation at those frequencies
