This is a Figurine Set of Royal Doulton Old Balloon Seller HN 1315 & The Balloon Man HN 1954. They measure approximately 7 1/2” high. I did not see any chips, cracks, or repairs to this item. The set is in good pre-owned condition (see pictures).
