For sale is a single Summit Mosquito Dunk - (pack of 1). Can be used to control mosquitos or fungus gnats. Targetted, fish-safe bacteria is held within dunks and released into water when added.

For the control of mosquitos for up to a month, the following sized pieces should be added to you water depending on the size:

1/4 Dunk (1-5 sq ft)

1/2 Dunk (5-25 sq ft)

1 Dunk (25-100 sq ft)

To treat fungus gnats, crumble 1/8th of a dunk into a litre of water and leave to brew for 30 minutes. Afterwards pour your mix through a sieve, or skim off any bits and use the water to treat plants. This treatment targets gnat larvae specifically and should be used in conjunction with other anti-gnat devices (i.e sticky traps) for best results.

****Please note: the dunk itself is only a carrier for the active bacteria present. When it has been added to water for 30 minutes, the bacteria element will be fully released and the dunk can be disposed of. For mosquito treatment this is unnecessary as the bits will break down harmlessly. For fungus gnat treatment the bits should be skimmed off and disposed of before watering*****
