An amazing original vintage 30s 40s WW2 era US Air Force? distressed brown leather A-2 style bomber flight jacket with blank metal zip, rauf. co. prov. r.i popper buttons & woven pit vents.
A previous owner clearly loved this jacket and wore the hell out of it for decades creating an incredible distressed patina. It is also a sort of Frankenstein jacket with numerous repairs & modifications. I have tried my best to show the amount of repairs and modified areas in the images. The zip appears to have been replaced numerous times and the lining has been completely removed. There are also a handful of splits in the arm seams & collar fold and a few areas of missing seam stitching so further repair work might be required. The knits have been replaced too and there is some grime build up on the buttons so a clean is recommended. The condition is reflected in the price. There is no indication of size but measurements indicate a Mens M. Please follow the exterior measurements to ensure the right fit, they are in inches with the jacket laid flat.
