Through the 5 in a iPad Connection Kit, it's incredibly easy to download photos from your digital camera to your iPad. It gives you two download import photos and videos. One is using USB cable, another one is reading from SD card directly. The Connection Kit supports standard photo formats, such as JPEG and RAW etc. Besides, it supports external Keyboards input as well as import photos from USB Flash disk to iPad. 

The 5 in a iPad Connection Kit includes two connectors, each with a different interface: 
USB interface: plug the connection into the dock connector port of your iPad, and then attach your digital camera or iPhone(excluded iPhone3G) using USB cable, Or import photos to iPad through USB flash disk. Besides, the USB interface support external PC keyboard input. SD(Mini SD,TF, M2)the connection into the dock connector port on your iPad, and then insert your SD card.

After you make the connection, your iPad automatically opens the Photos APP, which lets you choose which pictures to import, then organizes the selected photos into albums, When sync IPad to your PC or Mac, the photos in your iPad are added to your computer's image  library . formats, such as The 5 in 1 iPad Connection Kit supports s JPEG and RAW etc. The picture files need to be saved in named "DCIM" folder. The digital camera will create "DCIM" folder automatically, but if USB flash disk, you need create "DCIM" folder and copy manually.
