Purchased in the 90's and stored in my closet since.  Mickey & Co brand  polyester/cotton blend, One Size 20" bust and 17" down the back when laying flat.  Red pocket slashes and three bright red buttons down the front! Still crisp and new.   I found several unworn vests and will be listing them all today.  There's nothing wrong with them other than they are taking up valuable closet space
