I will combine postage, where possible.

I  always have signed / tracked, so I cannot reduce the cost of the postage.  I will however, refund where postage turns out to be less than I have estimated.  If you do not agree with my postage policy, then please do not buy - I am very honest with my postage and very thorough with packing as I want the items to reach you without being damaged.

My items are security marked, this is not visible to the naked eye.

Refunds will be made on Buy It Now items if they are returned within 14 days of day of receipt. Unless items are significantly not as described, the buyer will pay all postage and only the item cost will be refunded.

Refunds will only be considered in this time frame and only where the items are returned in the same condition in which they were despatched to the buyer. 

Refunds will not be given where an item has been unpacked in the UK and then forwarded to an overseas destination.  I cannot be held responsible for packing done by someone else. 

Overseas postage to return items is sometimes very much more than posting from the UK, but I will require items to be returned for any refund.
