Introducing “Lamb of God,” a Playing Grounded® Puzzles original. Lamb of God, by anime illustrator Apapico, is an absolutely beautiful artistic reinterpretation of the classic work, St. Joseph and the Child Jesus by Martin Von Feuerstein (1856-1931).
Here we see St. Joseph and the child Jesus in Joseph’s woodworking shop surrounded by the various tools and implements of his craft. The rays of the sun reflect the divine image of the Christ Child and His holy protector and guardian St. Joseph.
Joseph, as he adores his divinely adopted son, grasps the holy child firmly but lovingly in his strong hands, seemingly never wanting to let go. Perhaps recognizing the fate of the little lamb entrusted to him, Joseph desires to persevere these precious moments spent with Jesus and holy mother enshrined in his memory forever.
