This is a Vintage Japanese Bisque doll with arms that move. It has fabric that is attached to the feet from how it was originally dressed. I have not attempted to remove it.
The made in Japan is stamped in English showing that it was made some time after the occupation in the late 1945.
This item can use some TLC.
