All refurbished items shall be covered under our warranty for a 12 month period(unless stated otherwise in the listing).

Batteries are consumable components, like all rechargeable they will naturaly become less effective over time. Battery life will vary depending on previous device usage history. We ensure all Batteries are above 80% percent as the minimum.
Most of our products are sold under the Marginal VAT scheme, therefore an invoice showing VAT separately will not be provided.
OUR GRADE D COMES WITH ZERO WARRANTY, RETURNS FOR THIS CATEGORY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Returns Process
Ensure that the handset (s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.
Make sure the "find my iphone" option has been turned off and the "icloud" has been removed and handset "erased". If the iCloud has not been removed we "WILL NOT" refund.
Write your "Sales order Number" and send with your handset – Do not send it in with the "item number" as this will cause a lengthy delay.
Carefully package your item including all accessories originally received and
send it to the following address:

Send via a secure tracked and insured service – please note that the item is your responsibility until it has been safely received by us.
Our priority is to make sure all our customers get their items on time. We guarantee that by dispatching your items within the time frame listed. We kindly ask customers to understand the fact that we do not have control over Royal mail delays.
Royal mail / DPD AIM to deliver within a day (for special delivery) but do not Guarantee the delivery time.
Items being posted to Europe shall differ to UK times. We Guarantee a signed for insured delivery to European destinations too. Normally we use UPS, DHL , TNT for these deliveries.
