This auction is for a Vintage Hayes / Practical 5660US V1.510 08-02782 Internal Modem.  The PCI mounted modem came from an older computer I had and dismantled years ago. The modem was put into a box with many other stripped parts and forgotten about.

If you into refurbishing "old-tech" maybe this can help you out.  Modem comes with NO DISKS (3.5 or CD) so I can't help you there.
