This is a neat little miniature vinyl figure, made by Funko for their line of Star Wars mini figures (made to go along with The Last Jedi). This line is actually a line of mini bobblehead figures. 

This is a mini of Captain Phasma. This mini is roughly 3 inches tall. 

The figure appears to be in good condition overall with just a few slight scuffs on the helmet (picture #3) and note that the staff is a little curled (picture #6).

The box and inner bag had to be opened for the figure to be identified. I included a picture of the flap so you can see the opening wear (picture #8).
