Antique Vtg Black Hard Sided Faux Crocodile Leather Bright Yellow Lining

Unsure of the age of this piece and it does have definite signs of wear - but it is still solid and has a great look.  Measures approx 18" x 14" x 6".  There are scuffs evident on both sides but not rips / tears.  The handle is missing about half of the covering.  Inside is a bit dirty and could be cleaned up better - the lining has come loose at the bottom front corner, but could easily be repaired.  Please see all photos for condition issues mentioned.  No keys.
