POSTAGE: We generally use 2nd class postage labels by Royal Mail for our products. The advertised delivery timeframe for this service is 3-5 days. However it can, on occasion, take longer than this. Royal Mail will only consider a parcel lost after 14 days. As such we can only consider ‘item not received’ cases after 14 days following dispatch.
