Orders shipped with USPS Priority Shipping (typically 1-4 business days) Orders are shipped on Monday Mornings to avoid any possibility of our package being stuck in a postal facility over the weekend. (If Monday is a national holiday, orders will be shipped the following Monday) 

How we ship

-plants are wrapped in moist paper and shipped in a traditional shipping bag.

-shipping box is styrofoam lined

-the box is filled with non itch cellulose insulation or shredded paper to protect your order from hard drops or falls during shipment

-“live fish” and “fragile” stickers on the package to notify shipping company of the delicate contents.

We at MG Aquatics highly value quality over quantity and strive to provide the best for our customers. We hand raise all the fish, snails, plecos and shrimp we sell ourselves in our tanks. We do not import any aquatic animals from overseas.

DOA Refund Guarantee

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead, we guarantee the loss of the purchased livestock as long as the package is delivered within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier.  We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message me within 1 hour of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can’t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed. Opening the bag with a doa fish will void the doa refund guarantee. With good communication and providing photos, we can help resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
