Syngonium Pink perfection is a beautiful plant that is easy to care for.
Arrowhead plant, American Evergreens, like Nephthytus

•CARE TIPS•
Protect the leaves from direct sun to prevent burning of foliage. Your new plant likes litely moist soil, but does not like to sit in wet soil. Feel free to mist the leaves to keep humidity high and the plant happy. They prefer temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees.

𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 !𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓!
We highly recommend you purchase a heat pack if your local weather is anything around 55° F and below.
~THESE PLANTS ARE TROPICAL AND EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO COLD CLIMATE~

Our shop is NOT responsible for any weather damage the plant may experience during shipping.
Heat packs are NOT a guarantee of "live" arrival in freezing temperatures. Please be aware of your climate.
(We will hold plants for people who wish to ship at a later date due to temperature - just ask ♥)

Heat pack purchase will automatically upgrade to Priority shipping. Customers are responsible for extra shipping costs.
We cannot ship anything less than Priority - heat pack only lasts 72-96 hours!

𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆

Etsy platform ships with USPS - A request for a different carrier cannot be accepted.
Once your shipping label is created, that means your plants are picked, wrapped and packaged - your order gets sent out that same day. We do not hold any packages in our facility!
If you see your order pending, please allow USPS to update on their end. We ship hundreds of orders almost daily; processing takes time!
Once your package has left our facility, we have NO control over USPS. They are their own entity and as are we - there's no direct correlation.
If you have an issue once your order has shipped, please contact USPS directly to open a claim!
We are not responsible if your package gets "Delivered" but is not at your residence. Please contact USPS immediately!
We cannot request USPS with special direction on our behalf (e.g. "Please have them ring the doorbell", "Only leave on front porch")
*We only ship Monday-Friday (subject to all Postal Holidays)*

We use organic cotton to help keep the soil intact because it's light and breathable.
Although we package with the utmost care, stems are fragile and may break during transit.
Do not leave your package in the mailbox. Not even for an hour! This will burn (or freeze) the leaves.
Minimal amounts of damage during shipping is very common. Yellow leaves, damaged leaves, and drooping is a normal occurrence.
I do my best to pack the plants safely to prevent any damage. Plants go through cycles. If some arrive damaged, they will put out new leaves!

Please allow up to 3 business days for shipping and handling all orders! Once shipped, it will take about 5-7 business days using USPS First Class (free shipping).
If you wish to upgrade to USPS Priority shipping it will take about 2-3 business days once shipped. Priority shipping will be an extra cost $$.
We are not held responsible for any shipping delays. Please purchase accordingly for quicker shipping if needed!
Priority Mail or Express Mail are the only forms of shipping that have package insurance but, must still be approved by USPS.

Upon taking and sending photos, please remove the wrapping of the plant and the cotton. Place the plant in a bright light with clear viewing of the damages.
Depending on the nature of the plant, we may also ask for pictures of the roots!

Once you send us a message, in ordinance with Etsy, please allow up to 24 HOURS for a proper response.
Please do not message us twice, it will not speed up the process of your response time! We are a very popular shop with a small team.
We are handling all questions, comments and concerns as soon as we can ♥

If we see that the plant(s) are under minor stress, we will ask you to continue care for up to a week, to see if it will perk up! No further action will be taken until we see the results of the plant.
If your plant has no damages and you are simply unhappy with the size, shape, etc., we may ask you to return the plant in exchange for a refund. The plant MUST be returned alive and in the same condition it was received or the refund cannot be honored! Plants must be returned within 3 businesses. We are not responsible for shipping costs or materials.

𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄

We strive to offer quality plants and EVEN BETTER customer service.

Photos are ONLY representations of can be expected. (This is not applicable to any/all "Exact" plants)
Each plant varies in size, shape and color. Some plants are not mature enough to have certain leaf styles or color. With time, this will come about :)
Due to high demand, we do not send photos of your plant before shipment. Please understand, we have hundreds of orders and it can be difficult to pinpoint which one is exactly going to you.
We wrap them in breathable cotton and recycled paper bags before placing them with all of our customers packing slips. They are then boxed and placed for labeling before shipment.
It will not be easy for us to take a picture during the process as everything is collective.

Positive reviews from awesome customers like you help others to feel confident when purchasing. If you have the time, we'd love to hear about your 5-star experience (* * * * * )
We will be forever grateful. Thank you in advance for helping us out!

-Etsy does not deem us reliable for shipping issues being that we ship within their platform. Please do not leave a bad rating if the plant was delayed by weather or other transit delays. This is out of our control! You may open a lost mail investigation claim with the USPS for any package.

Thank you for shopping with us ♥

𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘
Plant Cutting propagation can be done in water or soil, but once it begins, the plant has difficulty switching to the other growing medium.
If you place the cutting in water, the plant should remain in water once it grows larger. The same goes for a cutting propagated in the soil.
It is normal for your cutting to shed a few leaves over time, but if you are seeing increased leaf loss, there might be an underlying problem.
If your cutting plant has distorted leaf growth, this may be due to nutrient and/or light deficiencies, insect infestations, or too little water. Mealybugs and scale often take up residence on the plant, and can be removed with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball.
If the cutting plant leaf tips are turning brown, this is a sign of low humidity. To solve this problem, you can lightly spray your plant with water or place it in a room with a humidifier.

𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘
Soil: Lightweight, well-aerated, fast-draining growing medium
Container: Use a small sized pot that keeps the roots tightly packed; Drainage holes are a must
Light: Although this plant will survive in low light conditions, bright indirect sunlight is best
Temperature: Daytime 70 F (21 C) and above, nighttime 60-65 F (16-18 C)
Humidity: Higher humidity than average household levels (40-60 percent)
Watering: Water when the soil is almost dry during growth phase, infrequently during winter
Fertilizing: Feed monthly with diluted water-soluble fertilizer only in spring and summer
