Our Payment method is PayPal only, we do not accept bank transfer or bank card payments or any other methods Unless stated for collection.

All our items are shipped Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Friday all items are dispatched on same working day as per order all the items then will be dispatched at 4 pm.

Saturday is half day and all items are dispatched at 12pm.

All items are automatically generated by Royal Mail system therefore kindly make sure you enter the correct address when purchasing the item. All items are sent by Royal Mail if they are under 2 kg and any order over 2 kg will be sent by another courier companies such as DPD or my Hermes.

Royal Mail Deliveries

Please always follow tracking information for any updates which will be under purchases. Please note Royal Mail attempts one time delivery if it gets failed you will need to go to Royal Mail website and enter tracking information and follow instructions, Royal Mail will hold the item for 18 working days failed to follow instructions/arrangements to get it redelivered or collection from your local post office Royal Mail will return the item back to the sender with a charge of 3 pounds which we will then charge the customers for any failed deliveries.

My Hermes/DPD Deliveries

My Hermes will make 3 attempts for any deliveries if its failed it will be returned to the sender with a charge which we will charge the customer.

Please note we will use my Hermes for any bulk order or any orders which are over 2 kg to 10 kg.

We provide 1-month (30 days) Policy which is same as money eBay guarantee. Please note we provide company warranty for any faulty items or items which has been damaged while in transit.

There are also manufactures warranty/guarantee for any branded items which are provided by manufactures only which depends on products time frame when you purchase. Please note you will need to follow instructions how to claim or how to process the manufacture warranty which will come with the item (branded items only)

Please note we do not cover wear and tear or misleading of the item we will not take any responsibility for this.

There can be delays in postage this can be due to number of reasons. Some times courier companies can have unexpected delays which we as a company do not have a control please note always check tracking information for any updates if the delays are more then 7 working days (weekends not included) kindly send a message, we will then contract royal mail or put in a claim.
