During the general overhaul, the following work is carried out on the transfer case:

- Dismantle the transfer case
- ultrasonically clean the transfer case
- replace defective individual parts
- Replace wearing parts
- Paint the transfer case
- Assemble transfer case

We only use high-quality spare parts from well-known manufacturers.

The warranty is 6 months for commercial and 12 months for private customers.

A 1-year guarantee insurance from Intec AG is included in the price. The guarantee insurance applies to vehicles used both privately and commercially (except for taxis, rental cars, driving schools). The warranty insurance can only be taken out for vehicles registered in Germany. In order to take out the guarantee insurance, we need your vehicle registration document and the mileage of your vehicle. You will receive the insurance documents and guarantee conditions by email.

All spare parts are marked visibly and invisibly. When removing or Damage to labeling or opening or Dismantling the spare part will void the right of withdrawal and all warranty claims.

In addition to the purchase price, we charge a deposit for the old part in the amount specified above. The old transfer case must not be dismantled, must not show irreparable damage to the transfer case housing, must not be assembled from several transfer cases and must have the same dimensions as the delivered transfer case. The old transfer case must not contain any operating resources and must be packed securely on a pallet for transport. The return is free for the buyer. After receipt and inspection of the old transfer case, the deposit amount will be refunded.

We sell used and remanufactured engines, transmissions and transfer cases. Each spare part is checked and processed by qualified personnel before sale. Defective and worn individual components are repaired or replaced. We do not supply untested spare parts.
