Very good condition for age. (93+years)

Works very well.

Last certified in 1954 by the City of Baltimore.

Some rust, chipped paint and a red number 4 on the front of the scale.

The slide scale is tarnished brass.

Bulk scoop is in good condition with no serious dents, just normal wear.

It is made of a non-ferrous material and has some type of surface corrosion.
