A fantastic vessel from Tiffany & Co. Very cool form with water dragon head spout and Pan playing his flute finial. The mark suggest the directorship of Charles L Tiffany  Mid to early 1880s. Estate found in very good condition. There is a wrapping or covering missing on the bottom of the handle which is pretty common in my experience on pieces this old.  There is surface scratches and patina consistent with age. There no major dents or dings the top operates flawlessly. There is a very unusual 4 letter monogram that almost appears to be a decoration at first,that reads GEDJ.
